    American complex that has 5 225’ max distance that can come down to 200’ with safety fence bases ca be 60’, 65’, 70’ portable mounds.

    National complex has 3 300’ max distance that can come in to 225’ with safety fence bases can be 60’, 65’, 70’, 90’ mound is portable. We have 1 375’ max distance with 320’ down the lines it also can come in to 300’, and 225’, bases 60’, 65’, 70’, and 90’ also portable mound.

    All fields have LED lighting.

    Gate Fee
    There will be a gate fee charged this year. $10 per day or $25 for the entire weekend. Children 10 and under are free. Exit and reentry is allowed as a wristband is provided.


    Pet Policy
    We do not allow pets but we do allow service animals.

    No coolers are allowed. No Alcohol is allowed at the park.

  • Where will the games be played?

    All venues will be first class facilities within an approximate 1 hour radius of the city listed on the Tournament Page. Please double check your Tournament Page for your Age Groups specific location.
    • Who will be playing in the Cap Classic®?

      We have had teams from over 15 different states and 2 Canadian provinces participate in the Cap Classic® Series. You can find these teams on the tournament page under "Who's Coming".
      • Do you take scheduling requests?

        We CANNOT take any scheduling requests due to the high number of registrations we receive. Teams should be prepared to play at any time during the dates listed for the tournament.
        • How do I know which age division to enter?

          The Age Cutoff for our events is April 30th of the current year. Please refer to the Age Calculator Chart found under the Tournament Rules.
          • Who will umpire the tournament?

            The Cap Classic® Series uses the regions best umpiring crews. All officials will be certified professionals.
            • How do I pay for the tournament?

              Only after successfully completing your online registration, checks should be made payable to Atlantic Coast Baseball and sent to:

              Only payments accompanied by an online registration invoice will be accepted.
              • Do I have to put a deposit down on the tournament?

                No, teams must pay the full amount when paying. We cannot/do not accept deposits on tournaments.
                • I am from Canada, how do I pay for the tournament?

                  Canadian teams can pay by Credit Card (prefered), Online Bank Transfer, or a Money Order. If by check, it must be a Certified Bank Check made out in US Funds. Please make sure your team ages coincide with cutoff dates outlined above and in our rules.
                  • How long do I have to submit payment?

                    Teams that successfully register online and make payment by credit card will be confirmed for the Tournament immediately. Teams that pay be check will have their Tournament Registration held for 14 days to provide payment. If payment does not reach us within 14 days, the team will be placed on a waiting list pending payment and space availability.
                    • Will the tournaments sell out?

                      Yes, the Cap Classic® Series typically sells out within the first few months of registration opening. If your age division is full, please continue to register (do not submit payment), and your team will be placed on the Waiting List. In the event that a spot opens up, teams will be contacted based on when they registered.
                      • How do we receive tournament updates (including weather)?

                        During the tournament weekend, we use an automated message and e-mail system that will contact all the Coaches/Team Contacts simultaneously. We can only accept (2) contacts Per team. Please have the rest of your team, coaches, & your families "Like" us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter to receive Weather updates.
                        • How do I order my free caps?

                          A representative will contact you as soon as your team payment is received in full and registration confirmed. Allow for 40 business days post design approval for hats to come in.
                          • Are there any additional fees for hats?

                            Yes, there are additional royalty fees for use of professional, college, or other copyrighted logos if you receive permission to use the logo. Additionally there is a fee for side/rear cap embroidery.
                            • Can I order additional caps beyond the free 18 our team will receive?

                              Absolutely! An additional cost, based on cap style, will be charged to you for each additional cap ordered. If you order any additional caps, you must pay for these in full before your design will be processed.
                              • Are teams required to wear New Era Caps for the tournament?

                                Yes. All participants and coaches by rule will be required to wear New Era Caps for the Cap Classic® Tourney. Be sure your team sizes are correct when your order is placed!
                                • What is the tournament refund policy?

                                  Cap Classic® Series:
                                  Prior to your hat order being placed and before May 1st - your refund will be your full tournament registration less a $50 administrative fee. Once your hat order has been placed and prior to April 1 - you will receive your team hats plus your registration fee less $375. After April 1st- no refund will be given. You will receive your team hats. In the event your team ordered additional hats beyond the 18 included with the tournament registration, no refund will be issued with an outstanding balance for additional hats.
